What is RSS?

RSS is a technology being used by millions of web users around the world to keep track of their favorite websites. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.

In the ‘old days’ of the web to keep track of updates on a website you had to ‘bookmark’ websites in your browser and manually return to them on a regular basis to see what had been added.

The short version: RSS is a tool you can use to stay up to date with news happening on The Gimpy Girls and other sites around the world. You no longer need to add bookmarks and revisit the site over and over to find new content because it comes delivered right to you.
